If you have questions regarding your Advance Directives or need help filling out forms like your living will or powers of attorney for health care, we invite you to stop in for assistance with KSB Social Worker, Maribeth Boonstra. She is available the 3rd Thursday of every month from 10:00 – 12:00 pm and 1:00 – 3:00 pm at KSB Town Square Centre – Suite 203.
