4th Trimester Essentials: A Place for Moms and Babies

Having a baby is a life-changing experience that can seem overwhelming at times. Find empowerment and surround yourself with encouragement at this monthly support group for moms.

Our meeting is designed for new moms and babies, and is led by professionals with experience in maternal and newborn care. Some sessions feature professionals who join to share insight and information about various topics from mental health to postpartum and newborn care.

We meet the first Friday of every month and siblings are welcome to attend, as long as they are healthy.
